This place was such a hassle. I couldn't get a teladoc appointment even though their phone tree says they do them. The receptionist said no. I couldn't even cancel my appointment and reschedule, they hung up on me! I need to call my insurance...sheesh,avoid this place.
Says he is going to provide a prescription, never calls it in. Spoke with the women who answer the phone 3 different times in over 24 hours and they said they sent a message, but nothing was done. Do not go here, very unprofessional and left patient untreated at this point I'd have to say on purpose.
