Office staff is super caring. However Dr. Bibart ignored my medical records and told me, “I don’t believe you have glaucoma because of your age.” I am 38 years old and Glaucoma is in my family health history. Medical records should not be blatantly ignored for someone just because one patient is drastically younger than your mean of patients. Maybe if I wasn’t Asian, he would have treated me fairly.

Love Dr. Bibart, office staff not so much. They don't help the handicap people, in fact, recieved letter saying if u need a wheelchair, you're on your own. Don't expect us to help, bring someone with u, we won't help you get from room to room.
Kind doctors but I didn't feel they were the best for pediatric problems. I also didn't like getting harassed over a $4 "late" bill that I "would have known about if I hadn't moved so much". Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I'll drive the hour to a great place in Grand Rapids.
