The place is really cool and fun but the appointments and wait time is always way longer than it needs to be. We had to leave after an hour before the actual dentist could even check her teeth because it had been way too long already. I understand some kids require a bit more time as the dentist can be tricky, but they need to schedule more appropriately then.
