Had a phenomenal first visit with Dr.Austin! The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Such an inviting office and wonderful staff!
We had another wonderful experience at Desert Ridge Pediatrics today with Dr. Razuri. She is always so kind, supportive, and thorough. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain everything clearly— from the diagnosis to all of our options, and never makes us feel rushed. My son Enzo always feels comfortable and well cared for, which means a lot to me. I highly recommend Dr. Razuri and her team!
This experience was night and day difference from where we were going, in the best way. From the first phone call with questions and to make an appointment, the pre-appointment information with a video tour and book read by the dentist, to the smiles when we walked in the door, the super fun play area, the themed individual rooms, the care and attention of the dentist with my child and myself to go over treatment plan, to the checking out. Wow! Exceeded my expectations and will recommend to anyone!
We had a wonderful experience. Amazing dentist, staff, and facility! Manager worked with us on a billing issue, and resolved it promptly.
