What Dentist answered his cell phone on Christmas Day when I was in unbearable pain? Dr Graves did. And he fixed me up the next day even though his office was closed by himself with no assistants! That is unheard of today. I have been a patient for over 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience or uncomfortable visit. He has set the bar extremely high for others to see.
Dr. Grave has been my dentist for 30+ years! He looks for the best option to preserve your teeth, not to make a buck. His staff are meticulous and just a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended!
Dr. Grave is a solid dentist, but he should fire his staff. They don't send records when requested, they don't return phone calls in a timely manner, just deplorable customer service.

Dr. Graves is a fantastic dentist! His office is super clean, I always get called back from the waiting room right at my scheduled appt time, my appt flies by due to the fun & friendly conversations I have with Shelley (one of their very talented & knowledgeable dental hygienists), Dr. Graves makes sure to thoroughly go over anything that needs to be discussed while truly listening to any concerns I have, and finally- my checkout with each person I’ve encountered at the front desk (Kevin!) is fast, easy and friendly.
