There are endless reasons why I love this office. From Kory at the front desk who makes you feel like an actual person, not just a number on a chart, to Dr Cartnick himself who takes time to truly hear you. I’ve never experienced the care that I receive here anywhere else. Kory is warm and welcoming, and has given me more of her time than she actually has sometimes. I've been a patient of Dr Cartnick for almost 20 years since I moved to Neptune, he has always been caring. But recently I was the one that brought up a bill on my last visit.. that they had been calling me about about a year ago and they wouldn't take payments over the phone and that I had to go to the portal.. there was no bill there and I told them that.. then the calls stopped.. so I thought everything was ok.. so now they say I owe over $500 and I haven't seen that bill yet, they sent it to collection.. I was looking for a new primary office and I heard great things about Dr. Cartnick.. I went to make a first time appointment and called them… I spoke with a receptionist named Courtney but then felt an unwelcoming vibe. She had an attitude, started to get into a personal argument with me about vaccinations and gave me every excuse on not being able to make an appointment. Dr Cartnick does address issues when in the office but the follow up is disgraceful ! The front desk chick is a controlling rude narcissist. No communication and talks to you like she doesn't even know you on the phone. 3 plus weeks ago I had labs done that dr cartnick ordered and I have called office a couple of times just to be told he has been very busy and will get back to me I know as a nurse that there are a couple things in labs that need to be addressed and they don't seem to care. Well onto a new PCP
