Excellent customer care and Dr. Paronian truly cares about your health.
Both doctor & NP have excellent bedside manner, very responsive to messages on the portal. Never made me feel like they were dismissing my concerns. Only negative is the front desk staff, specifically Lucy is horrendous. Super rude, dismiss when you tell them a medical concern is time sensitive, don’t submit prescription request in a timely fashion.
Difficult to make appointments and get helped. Tried this pcp after moving to the area based on reviews but will not be going again
Dr. Paronian is an excellent doctor! I have referred friends and they agree. Very on top of things and returns messages the same day! Great bedside manner.
