Dr melanie smith was great she helped me with all of my needs and is concerned with my health and well being and the front office treated me with respect and the wait time really wasnt a wait time im so glad i found a good place to go to cause there aint many left to go to
Dr. Zernich has been my doctor for 25 years and his father, Dr. Wallace Zernich was my doctor before him. Dr. Zernich is the best. He always is patient, listens to any concerns I have and is very thorough. Friendly and kind. His staff is wonderful. They answer my emails on Follow my Health very quickly and all are great to work with. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Zernich and his staff!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Alan Wayne Davis

Dr.Zernich's father was my pcp before he retired!!! Dr. Zernich I have been with him for many years... He is very professional and listens to ur problems and needs. He doesn't get frustrated if u are worried or just talking. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! THE STAFF IS PROFESIONAL AND REALLY NICE!!
My father passed away last week and has been a lifelong patient of Dr. Zernich. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because he did help my dad over the years, to the point they knew each other on a more personal level than an “average patient.” But, no one is special like they’d want you to think. The day after he passed, Dr. Zernichs office was contacted by my mother, as he had an appt the next day, to cancel it. So that office was well aware my dad was supposed to come in and who he was.
