I'm not sure why I never left a review sooner. In 2008 my appendix ruptured and Dr. Kotylak saved my life. I will forever be in debt to this man, and am glad he was on duty in Maple Ridge that night.

If I could give a zero I would. I had the exact same surgery 12 ish years ago, opposite side..I was up and about in a little over 2 weeks...I could barely get out of bed after 2 weeks this time. Took me a month to be able to walk around my block without serious pain. I had to almost beg for 2 weeks of pain medication so that I could acually get a full nights sleep, at this time I was still significantly swollen and feeling nauseous when I woke up.
