Dr McDiarmid is a very professional optometrist. I must add that he is also very patient and good with kid's. I visited with my little boy. Inspite of his boisterous nature the Dr McDiarmid was able to get him to cooperate to do the test fully. The staff is also very patient, offering very valuable advice when making your choice for your frames. We are very satisfied with our Glasses.

The staff is lovely and helpful and the appointment itself went fine (though wait is longer than I am used to). The people themselves are very friendly. However, I have to HOUND this place when I need something. I have been waiting weeks for them just to place an order and have called several times now. It’s like a part time job just to remind him to do something. Again, nice people, but come on.
