A long time patient. Great staff, really like the new office, the TV and the latest technology.
I came to Dr Skeen with a molar issue that needed immediate attention. To prevent the possibility of a root canal, Dr Skeen and his staff made me feel comfortable knowing I was going to have my tooth drilled out. The office had TV's in each room and on the ceiling. I was then handed headphones and a TV remote as they tilted my chair back and went to work. Dr. Skeen and his assistant Amy, painlessly fix my tooth in less than a hour. I've been going to Dr. Skeens for many years and he has always provided and continues to provide excellent dental care for me. I trust his judgment and have complete confidence in his treatment plan. He always spends adequate time at each visit to ensure things are taken care of thoroughly. Today's appt. was especially important, as Dr. Skeens helped me work through some major concerns and gave me excellent care.
I have been seeing Dr. Skeens for almost 14 years nI am a mom of a 2year old who was pretty scared of doctor offices due to an early childhood experience in the ER so we worked with Dr. Skeen's office over several visits where the doctor let us bring our son in to watch mommy and daddy get worked on so our sin could see what it was all about. The doctor and his staff are very friendly and professional, and make the whole experience pleasant (as pleasant as a visit to a dental office can be anyway). I appreciate that the doc is not aggressive in his approach; he treats only what needs to be treated, and has a "wait and see" philosophy toward less severe issues. I like the close-up camera that lets you see your teeth in detail so you can tell what the doc is talking about.
