No stars. I had called this company for a dryer vent issue, Towels not drying. Justin Perdomo quoted me $120 for the job. Upon arrival Justin then said the job would cost an additional $50. Justin came and disconnected the hose from the dryer to the wall. Only inserted the hose with a metal brush in the dryer vent attached to wall. Said there was no lint coming out, therefore no issue with dryer being clogged with lint, but issue with dryer itself. He did not go outside to look at vent to see if it was clogged there. Justin and Jay were excellent. Justin explained everything that needed to be done to make sure my system was completely clean. The quality of work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone I know!
