Called for an appointment on February 28th after being in ER and diagnosed with brain pneumocephalus. Needless to say I’m very concerned. The receptionist was so nasty and annoyed that I even called and basically told me I couldn’t get an appointment. I have never had such a negative experience calling a doctors office. I called another neurological immediately after and was treated with kindness and assistance. Doctor Green needs to know that he is losing patients because of office staff.
