I can't believe what a waste of money this was. Go anywhere else
There is a lot of crab grass, weeds in the grass this season. Your treatment does not seem to be effective. This is not acceptable. Please address the issue

Off all the lawn care providers I've tried in the past 15+ years, Dr. Green's has been THE best. Hands down. Just wish I had known about them earlier. Caring and responsive, which others weren't. Can't recommend them highly enough!
