Not pleased with the service this year. Lawn looks awfull.
I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and consistency from this company. They seem to pick and choose which parts of the front and backyard they feel like doing, even when there are large patches of overgrown weeds everywhere. I had to call them back three separate times because they skipped obvious areas and claimed they “didn’t think” we wanted weeds removed from those spots. I'm NOT a Dr Green customer but I need to share my experience about the behavior of its staff !! Dr Green staff came to service my neighbor's lawn yesterday on June 8, 2026. One of them dragged the application hose from the truck right across my flower bed in order to reach the background without any common sense at all that this could cause damage to my plants!! I saw this from my 2nd floor window at the end of the application when he was winding up his hose and my plants were dragged more than once. I went out and confront... read more
