Superior care. Great job on my husband's HOLEP. Kept him comfortable and well informed. Most importantly, he had a great outcome.
Made an appointment a month in advance, confirmed my appointment took off work to show up and staff tell me my appointment was cancelled by the doctor, no call no text no notification in my chart, just cancelled. I sent my referral over ahead of time gave insurance information and no notification that my appointment had been cancelled. My prostate condition was very successfully corrected by Dr. Roberts. All his explanations and expectations were correct. Dr. was very attentive and detailed.
Absolutely the worst doctor ever! "Dr" Gray Roberge was the Doctor "on call" while I was in the ER. The ER provider mentioned that when he spoke to Roberge, Roberge was annoyed because he was woken to at 2am. He is a DOCTOR and ON CALL. That's what he is being paid for.
