Couldn’t get an appointment for 2 months. Dr. Simons scheduled a video call with me immediately and I was able to schedule a heart ablation the following day. Finally met in person day of procedure and knew I was in good hands. Can’t thank Dr. Simons and his staff enough. Feeling great 1 month post procedure 👍🏻

Never even got to see the doctor because they mis-scheduled my appointment. I waited two months and took a day off to make this appointment and because of a scheduler's incompetence I suffered a delay in care.
