When you try to reach the office it takes forever for them to answer if they ever do. I’ve waited several times over 30 minutes for an answer and ended up hanging up out of frustration. I have been to the office several times and find it hard to believe they are ever that busy that someone can’t take a call within a few minutes let alone over 30 min.
Dr Franklin is an amazing doctor! Great bedside manner. I would highly recommend! He went above and beyond to get me out of pain and take care of me!
Dr. Grant Franklin is truly an amazing doctor. He has taken care of my health concerns for years, and each time I have to see him he takes very good care of my health. He has a very good "bedside" manner and is very professional. He puts my worries to ease and is very comforting in his profession of taking care of me, his patient.
