Doctor was able to accomplish more in my first visit than my last doctor did in 3

This was my first visit to Dr. Johnson's office. I was greeted with a warm smile by the lady at the front desk. The nurse came out to get me and was absolutely wonderful. She had a wonderful smile and an infectious laugh. I waited less than 5 minutes when Dr. Johnson came in. He also greeted me with a big smile and a hearty handshake. His bedside manner was so awesome. He made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. He explained everything in detail and told me what to expect. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Cannot contact anyome by phone. Must leave a message. If they call back they have no knowledge of the message. Like what do you want. I was asked to drink two liters of water before my appt for a test. It put me in retention. I have a history of retention and voiding and it is recorded with them. Seems like a Urology Office should know better. Pack your patience and good luck.
