Dr. Garcia is now the 4th or 5th doctor I’ve seen to try to get care for my really complicated knee. But she was the first to actually tell me yes it can be fixed. While it’ll be hard it can be done. And he had a whole plan for me on what needed to be done all within my first visit. He sent home with some things he needed me to work on as well as resources to look into before he can proceed. But that is the first time in the almost 2 years that I’ve been trying to get care that I feel heard and seen

Five stars for Dr. Garcia and team for my patellofemoral knee replacement (PFR) surgery. I hadn’t been able to run since 2008 and lived with daily knee pain and swelling, slowly giving up the sports and activities I loved. Five months after surgery, I can easily cycle 60+ miles and running actually feels good again. I’m still gaining range of motion - no deep yogi squats quite yet - but I feel like I have my life back. Exceptionally skilled surgeon.
9 months after my ORIF and bilateral meniscus repair of my left knee, I ran the Cascade Express Half Marathon. Not only did I run without pain, but I finished it 15 minutes faster than I had the previous time I had ran the same race 3 years ago, 2:21:54. I'm grateful for Dr. Garcia's expertise and listening to what was important to me, returning to running. I highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his team.
