Very amazing to work with. Straightforward, but very kind and helpful. I had a laterjet with Dr. Garcia in September of 2024 and and feeling stronger than ever.

I had the Bear Implant in June 2024 for a complete ACL tear that happened while skiing. Skiing is my passion so I wanted to be back to where I was. It has been a little over a year post op now and I’m 100%. Dr. Garcia did a great job. Plus, he is very easy to communicate with. I trusted his opinion and it worked out great for me. I’m back to my sports and I don’t even think about the surgery knee.
Both of my appointments at this location were rushed. Dr. Garcia seemed annoyed by my questions, maybe because Proliance stacks his schedule with more patients than one person can realistically see in a single day. His assistant was difficult to work with. We ran into issues with my insurance imaging approvals (which to be fair, sucks) because she sent my prior approval to an out-of-network facility, which my insurance does not cover. When I called with questions, she'd reply with remarks like, "Well, I did my job." Not help... read more
