I have been coming to see Dr Shaw/colleagues for many years (followed Dr Shaw from Charnwood to Hawker) but after an unpleasant phone call from a rude receptionist over some confusion about the cancellation/rebooking of an appointment I won’t be returning. Perhaps if the online notes were read by the admin staff there would be less confusion, as I was told today “we don’t always do that”.
