Dr. Yeung is the best! I reached out to 10 different gynecologists for my polypectomy and since I’m in IVF pretreatment it needed to get done kind of urgently, and Dr. Yeung was the only one who accepted to give me an early appointment. She was super nice, patient and compassionate. I really appreciate her helping me in this hardship.
Lack of communication from front desk! I was looking forward to finally getting some answers and meeting Dr.Grace Yeung yet when they booked the appointment AND when I showed up no one bothered telling me she is still on Mat leave! After waiting 2 and half hours this lady walks in the room and does NOT introduce herself. As everyone has said, Mia at the front desk is unbelievably rude. Two months ago, my doctor sent an invitation for me, but I never received any follow-up. When I called them myself, they told me “You canceled” and then hung up on me right away. I swear to God, it was my first time trying to visit this clinic, and I have never canceled an appointment. The front desk lady Mia is so rude ! She yells she does not let you speak or finish saying what you have to say she hangs up the phone. She continues to speak over you and is so angry every time you go in or speak to her ! She should not be working in a setting that requires helping patients because she is unsympathetic and not understanding.
