As everyone has said, Mia at the front desk is unbelievably rude. Two months ago, my doctor sent an invitation for me, but I never received any follow-up. When I called them myself, they told me “You canceled” and then hung up on me right away. I swear to God, it was my first time trying to visit this clinic, and I have never canceled an appointment. The front desk lady Mia is so rude ! She yells she does not let you speak or finish saying what you have to say she hangs up the phone. She continues to speak over you and is so angry every time you go in or speak to her ! She should not be working in a setting that requires helping patients because she is unsympathetic and not understanding. She makes going to the clinic a very uncomfortable and a hard time during pregnancy. Just avoid here if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. The doctors are not consistent t... read more

Mia is the best ever clinic receptionist we ever met! She is very conscientious, responsive and efficient! Her actions and follow-ups were received in no time. Dr. Adam Rosen is a very responsible and cautious physician. He explained very patiently. The best thing is to arrange an examination to rule out any possibility of malignant outcome. I highly appreciated all of their helps! I am so glad I am serving by such an amazing medical persons. Two thumbs up!
