the receptionist was so rude! she didnt wanna provide her name on the phone and she said i cant ask for her name. thats absurd and never heard of that. I asked if the clinic takes new patients in, I explained my situation and she was very dismissive. Very rude service over all. Dr. Grace, speak to your admins and teach them how to properly communicate and redirect calls if we are not able to book with ur clinic. This admin lacks compassion and manners.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Dr. Grace so far. This is my third pregnancy, and since I had C-sections with my previous two deliveries, we have planned another C-section for this pregnancy. Dr. Yeung is the best! I reached out to 10 different gynecologists for my polypectomy and since I’m in IVF pretreatment it needed to get done kind of urgently, and Dr. Yeung was the only one who accepted to give me an early appointment. She was super nice, patient and compassionate. I really appreciate her helping me in this hardship.
Lack of communication from front desk! I was looking forward to finally getting some answers and meeting Dr.Grace Yeung yet when they booked the appointment AND when I showed up no one bothered telling me she is still on Mat leave! After waiting 2 and half hours this lady walks in the room and does NOT introduce herself.
