Dear Office Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at your office on August 19, 2026, for my scheduled appointment with Dr. Gowri Veeraraghavan at 9:15 a.m. I arrived at approximately 9:00 a.m. and checked in without any issues. We had our first appointment with Dr. Gowri Veeraraghavan, and it was a wonderful experience. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to listen to all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We truly appreciated her caring approach and never felt rushed. We are very happy with our first appointment and highly recommend Dr. Gowri Veeraraghavan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.
Horrible experience. Only my first appointment as new patient was good. They would never do EKG for annual which is covered in my insurance. This time they did they twisted that I complained about chest pain and not willing to change code. The staff is way rude and did not let me speak. I don’t know if the doctor is aware of what is going on with my issue. They didn’t reply to my message sent 10 days back but called after several follow ups and hung up without letting me speak
The wait time is crazy. I feel more ill coming to see her. The front desk is also quite rude and not helpful
