Poorly managed, disrespectful, and incompetent. My primary care physician ordered a routine colonoscopy screening and referred me to Dr. Gowrappala S. Ramesh, MD of Digestive Health Associates. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told a consult was required before the procedure. I explained that this was preventive care and should be covered at no cost. I was nervous going in for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Ramesh and his staff couldn’t have been nicer! From the pre-op nurse to the anesthesiologist to the nurses in the OR, they were all so kind and considerate, continually telling me what they were doing and asking if I had any questions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ramesh and the staff at Memorial Endoscopy.
