Poorly managed, disrespectful, and incompetent. My primary care physician ordered a routine colonoscopy screening and referred me to Dr. Gowrappala S. Ramesh, MD of Digestive Health Associates. I was nervous going in for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Ramesh and his staff couldn’t have been nicer! From the pre-op nurse to the anesthesiologist to the nurses in the OR, they were all so kind and considerate, continually telling me what they were doing and asking if I had any questions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ramesh and the staff at Memorial Endoscopy.

I have been seeing him for over 20 years. It's time to change. The office staff is all young Hispanic ladies with very little if any experience and bad attitudes I know insurance is complicated, but it is easy if you listen to the patient who is giving you information and it's in the system already Speaking of systems, they have a new one every time I come in Portal should allow me to download my records.
