Office made an appointment and came to show for appointment and MD was not in. Receptionist did not call and stated they don’t make outgoing calls. When we rescheduled for the following day MD was there. Did not see nurse staff or MD wash their hands. Also, pants of MD was dirty. Nurse staff had outdated equipment. Not allowing my grandfather to visit here again as this facility is sub standard and I’m sure is in violation.
I have never had a problem with getting ahold of any doctor before even when I was in the ER. Very rude workers and the doctor is hardly there. I will suggest find someone else because this clinic doesn't care for you or anybody especially in moments in need.
I been seeing Dr Campbell for like 4 Years maybe 3. He's always been professional and fair. He now has 3- 4 nurse practitioners that are as professional as the Dr. The practitioners are so helping and caring. I love them they are so great and do a great job when Dr Campbell is not in the office. I recommend this Dr and his staff. Sincerely Felix Zarate
He is rarely in the office. I had 3 appointments scheduled and only saw him once. The other doctor I saw (Lorraine Swaby) was much more thorough and better communication. There office requires you to make appointments every 2 months and won't renew prescriptions without an appointment. I changed doctors and they would not renew my prescription, so I was out of my medication for over a month before my appointment. There office is set up in an urgent care facility.
I was scheduled an appointment on a day that the office was closed, and no one called to reschedule the appointment. When I finally got a hold of someone from the office they were rude and told me to just try one of the hospitals. When I called the next day to inquire as to what happened, they didn't even have me listed with an appointment! Terrible customer service, this should never happen with a Healthcare Professional.
