Dr. Yao is my family’s doctor, who is very nice, patient and highly responsible. Especially when my wife needed some support when Dr. Yao was on a vocation, he tried his best to let me communicate with a specialist to help my family’s, we appreciate his outstanding care and help. Dr. Yao’s English skill helps us a lot :)
My wife and I spent years searching for the right family doctor, and we have finally found the perfect one for us! Dr.Yao is a rare combination of professionalism and genuine care. He took the time to truly listen and made us feel comfortable from the very first visit. His kindness, patience, and warm approach really stood out.
