An awful experience with this provider, I was ten min late to my appointment and he refused to see me. Would avoid someone who clearly doesn't care about patients at all.

I've only been to his Office once so far. Unfortunately, I did have to wait 30 minutes past my Appointment Time to be called in. The Office Staff were kind, clear speaking and answered any questions. The Medical Staff was kind and Dr. Gordon Latzman was as well. I was nervous as I do have Anxiety Disorder, but he made my Anxiety decrease, was very clear in his medical treatment for me and didn't make me feel judged or any less of a person. Gordon is a nice guy. He means well, but he does not thoroughly assess you based on your symptoms and what you are telling him. He just wants to get you in and out like an assembly line. I had a major problem going on that required surgery, I told him all of my symptoms and he didn't assess the testing path properly causing me months of unneeded discomfort and quality of life problems. I lost 25 pounds and couldn't eat and I had to resort to calling my Primary Doctor who actually listened to my symptoms and recommended a tes... read more
