Never have I ever experienced a greater waste of time and money than seeing the doctors and nurses at this office and UPMC in general. I have been dealing with a set of health conditions for over 2 years now that have gotten progressively worse and the overwhelming response from these and other UPMC doctors has been to run some tests, shrug their shoulders and say "everything seems fine to us". Completely unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30. I called the office at 7:40 to inform them that I was stuck in unexpected traffic due to an accident and was almost there and was met with an answering machine that told me their office did not open until 8. Confused, I called back and someone finally answered. The woman who answered confirmed that the office did not open until 8am and recommended that I should still keep coming, so I did. After being treated very rudely and lied to by nurse Tracy I went online to look at the reviews because this is happened more than once to me coming across several reviews that say nurse Tracy was rude to people and even hung up on them. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Bugarija for several years now. Leaving this practice ONLY because it's too far from our home. Dr B has taken very good care of us. He is very personable and always takes time with us. Karen Scanlon has also been teriffic and very helpful when asked about something.
Horrific nursing staff. May they someday receive the same treatment they give.
