Dr. Burns is great! Easy to book, very prompt and good at what he does. He's always been able to help me with my chronic neck and back issues.
Couldn’t recommend Dr. Burns more. His genuine care for his patients is unmatched. I am also so appreciative of his willingness to accommodate me as a walk in as my schedule is so sporadic. If you are searching for a new chiropractor, he is your guy!
Dr Burns is the BEST! Have been seeing him since I was a baby, and now he treats my babies. Always so kind and patient, takes time to listen to patients concerns and works together with you to provide great outcomes. Our family is so appreciative of his care.
Booked at 12pm today. There was plenty of other people in the waiting room. He brings another person into the room for their appointment at 12pm while I’m waiting. I asked the other lady what time her appt was around 12:10pm. The lady said 12:10pm. I booked during my lunch hour. I’m not waiting. I’m booked at 12pm, don’t have other people with the same time appt. Be courteous of people’s time that they are taking out of their day to make it on time. Very unprofessional. Overbooks.
This write up is way overdue! I'm so glad Dr. Burns was highly recommended. I walked out of his office so much better than when I walked in. He uses the Activator technique. A softer, or more gentle method of spinal / neck correction. As opposed to a traditional chiropractic adjustment, which uses the hands to manually manipulate the specified vertebrae or joint.
