Update*** Not only did he bill my insurance for the “cleaning”, he billed is as a ‘deep cleaning’ which is even more expensive. When in fact he spent 30 seconds pretend cleaning doing nothing! Beware!!!! (I really hope he’s out of business by now!) Don’t be fooled by the high rating. They’re mostly based on very first visit. I came a s new patient, they did X-rays. Amazing experience with a friend who needed an emergency appointment! He has great bedside manner and even we has to wait he takes care of his patients!
No thoughtful explanation or process
I was scammed at this dentist’s office. He stated that I needed to do an x-ray (done without protective gear) to have my cleaning approved by insurance, which my insurance company later confirmed is not true. I was charged for a cleaning that was never performed and fortunately had the charge cancelled because my insurance company couldn’t get in touch with office for proof of services. Please spare yourself the pain of going to this office.
Came here for the first time for annual cleaning. Horrible service and had to wait 1.5 hours. When I first arrived, there was no receptionist at the desk for more than 10 min. There is also a bad smell. Does not feel clean. Definitely never coming back.
