They made it so simple – I had never been in an accident before & was confused about information & the run around I was getting from the insurance company. However, the staff at Dr. Goodbody was very helpful. They explain the whole process to me, assisted me with my claim & set up my rental. They have a website that you can see daily pictures & updates of your repair. It made the whole ordeal so much easier with their professional & compassionate attitudes.
Estimates and bad attitudes are both free!! – I brought my car in for an estimate, and met a woman named Rhonda. It amazes me how people who are trying to earn your business can be so unbelievably hostile towards potential customers. She had smart a** answers for the simplest questions, and acted as though I should be thankful that I was allowed to bring my car in. I didn't let them touch my car, but every chance I get I let people know that this is one place to avoid at all costs.
