I arrived at Rapid med Aug 16th at 8:15 and was told that it was not too late to be seen. After waiting 30 minutes the waiting room and another 75 minutes in a room the provider told me it was too late to help me and she offered to call another facility for me. The provider was extremely unprofessional and Rude! I would not recommend wasting your time. Start with another facility.
Great and incredible staff!!! Familiar faces up front greeting you with smiles every time! Those sisters always make me feel better. New faces in the back every time, not sure if staffing issue or not, usually decent nurses though.
