Nearly didn’t book an appointment after reading a bad review- so glad I ignored it. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I needed a chipped tooth fixed, and they were happy to deal with just that- no upselling. Dr Dixit was very, very good. As he worked on the tooth he explained everything he was doing and was going to do. (He also said “thank you” to his assistant every time she passed him something, which I thought was so nice.) I have never in my life felt more judged and embarrassed in my life with any business. They have to be the rudest most stuck up bunch of people I have ever met my life. The way they behaved and what was said to me hurt my feelings and made me feel like I was an inch tall. They're absolutely disgusting in their treatment of other people. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I hope your office sees this comment too you guys should be ashamed of yourself I'm a freaking person.
No problems with the front desk service, friendly and efficient. But the dental care is severely lacking, got a filling put in and it fell out within 5hrs I didn’t even eat anything after the filling was put in and now it hurts to even breathe. Highly recommend avoiding this place, and from looking at other reviews they seem to cause more issues than they solve.
Overpriced, also the care here compared to other clinics is not even comparable. Very disappointing.
