I scheduled a new patient appointment with this office. Unfortunately, I had to cancel same day due to childcare issues. While I understand this can be frustrating to a doctor and the practice, I simply had no other choice. I planned on rescheduling until I received a bill in the mail for $50 for cancelling. As someone who works in healthcare I found this to be extremely distasteful and a quick way to lose future patients. Doctor Goldberg was excellent in testing and providing an analysis of my sinus infection. He did an excellent job of cleaning my ears and determined that infection was in my right nostril. He provided meds to treat this issue. The administrative staff ensured my appointment executed as timely as possible
I found Dr. Goldberg on Zocdoc and was able to book an appointment for that evening! I needed an ENT doctor for specific sinus problems and he was able to totally solve my issue! Super friendly, thorough, and offered multiple solutions that got me to breathe out of my nose again. I’m very grateful to have found him as quickly as I did. Highly recommend him and his staff, but def be prepared and plan to wait (book, headphones, etc.)
Zero Stars if I could. We scheduled surgery for Friday,10/31 for my son's broken nose to be fixed. The prior Tuesday, the Dr himself called (first red flag) to say that the surgical center was closed for Halloween on 10/31 (a lie, second red flag). I asked for it to be kept on 10/31 but moved to Lansdale Hosp. Dr Goldberg said he would call back the next day to confirm it. Nothing. I never heard back.
