The previous office secretary was inadequate, but the new one is proving to be even more problematic. I was recently charged $150 for no-shows, and when I reached out for assistance, the representative dismissed my concerns and kept trying to transfer me to another number. This situation needs immediate attention. If I could give 0 stars I would!! This has got to be the most unprofessional environment I’ve ever stepped foot in. First off I waited over an hour and a half at my first appointment after the time it was suppose to originally be seen by the doctor. He had no before and after side by side photos to show me of any nose jobs (should’ve been the first red flag but I was being optimistic). I can’t believe this “doctor” is still in practice. Believe every atrocious review. This place is a joke & a scam. There wasn’t a single person in the office working when i showed up for my appt. I waited 20min just for a front desk worker to come out and allow me to check in , another 45 min for the doctor to show up to work for the day ! Then another 15 to get ready to actually see me. I very rarely bother to write negative reviews, but people need to know about this place. Maybe he's good for plastic surgery (?) but the ENT practice is not helpful. Took my daughter for hearing issues, didn't see doctor until a full 45 minutes after appointment time. Doctor was with us for 15 minutes and told us close to nothing we didn't already know, said we needed a follow-up with an audiologist. Which we scheduled.
