Horrible experience. Front desk staff, nurses are so unprofessional. This has got to be the most unprofessional environment I’ve ever been to. They are constantly chatting about patients. I had to wait for about an hour to be seen but Dr. Goldberg didn’t pull out a piece of cotton buried deep into my ear. This office is so dirty, there’s dog poop all over the place, front door, parking lot. To top it all off, my condition remains unresolved, Dr didn’t pull out the foreign object in my ear. I have been a longtime allergy patient of this office for many years and unfortunately, I have seen a significant change over the years — and not for the better. The wait times have become extremely excessive. It is not unusual to spend an hour or more in the waiting room and then another 30–60 minutes in the back waiting to actually see the doctor. Don’t bother unless you like waiting 45 plus minutes for a 5 minute appointment with an overworked doctor. This was my 3rd time there and I still have no pain relief!!!
Top-notch doctor and staff! Dr. Goldberg is an amazing ENT doctor. Great bedside manner, zero rushed feelings, and answered all of my questions in detail. The office ran right on schedule, and the front desk staff was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Kind, caring, compassionate. This Doctor is amazing . I am a model & this is the ONLY doctor I trust w/ my face!
