Amanda Cepero Weissman: Provider was so rigid in treating a preadolescent that she dismissed him from her care after establishing care because his schedule required different day or time week to week. She said he could only remain in her care if he could commit to the same exact schedule. Anything with a child in school or activities knows this is not always possible. I have never heard of such a thing. Horrible experience for my son to have to take the scary step to talk to someone to only be discarded. Stay away!!
Unethical business practices that prioritize making money over providing mental health care. They will send you to collections without even notifying you or communicating appropriately due to their outdated and predatory cancellation policies. Poor customer service.
You could literally be on your last straw, threatening to end your life and they will deny booking you an appointment over $90 and not remove a late fee… obviously they are not concerned about your mental health at all. Profits over care is their motto.
