My therapist Jason has helped me tremendously and the admin staff have always been helpful.
I saw Rebekah Stone LPC. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and therapy degenerated into rent-a-friend with few gains. She asked me what we should cover in session. She missed three weeks in a row. If I missed a visit they charged a $200 no show fee for a visit that only has a $40 copay max. Want your records? That will be $50. They nickel and dime you and frankly it wasn't worth it for me so I quit.
They contacted me after my review and fixed the issue. Thanks for prompt action.
