The PLC counselor I see here, Rebekah Stone, is very competent and is a big step up from a LCSW generalist. The office is clean and well maintained. They offer telehealth. The main disadvantage is the missed appointment fee ($200) so make sure never to miss any. Their billing is also clunky so make sure your copays are correct.
My daughter and son have been enormously, deeply helped by the excellent therapists in this practice. My son’s schedule is INSANE and they met with him on SUNDAY! And helped him enormously. I’m so grateful.
Be prepared. They WILL charge you $250 immediately upon a missed appointment, I do mean IMMEDIATELY, so hopefully you didn't write it down on the wrong date or miss your appt. due to an already expensive emergency, because they will not refund you or speak to you with any sort of kindness or understanding. Not even if it's the first time, not even if it's something you had no control over.
Wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable clinicians. Everything you need to improve your mental health—they have. From virtual appts to medication management. Clean facilities and friendly front desk personnel.
