Don't come here if you have memory issues or trouble making appointments which is a common issue among people seeking mental health treatment. The doctor was fine but the office will charge your card randomly without notice. $185 missed appointment fees combined with one single reminder email that isn't compatible with Google calendar or iCalendar. As a long-time patient of Dr. Goldberg and Associates, I’ve appreciated the skilled and compassionate therapists. However, the way the business is operated is disappointing. I recently missed a 15-minute appointment and was charged $250—an amount far above the industry standard. While I understand the need for policies, this fee feels excessive and unreasonable. It’s frustrating to see rigid practices like this overshadow the quality care provided by the therapists.
My husband and I searched for some time to find a marriage therapist that could help us with a very complicated situation. Through recommendation of my psychotherapist, we made an appointment to see Dr Bonilla. We only had one session, and do not plan on going back. The appointment started with Dr bonilla shaming us for making a virtual appointment for couples therapy.
