My husband and I searched for some time to find a marriage therapist that could help us with a very complicated situation. Through recommendation of my psychotherapist, we made an appointment to see Dr Bonilla. We only had one session, and do not plan on going back. The appointment started with Dr bonilla shaming us for making a virtual appointment for couples therapy. So disappointing; they clearly only care about money not helping people.
Two stars because they do not keep Cigna up to date. I will not do 1 star since I have not seen of of the actual doctors. Mostly an FYI for people searching this - If Cigna's website shows this doctor is "available" or "accepting new patients" it is likely false. Please Goldberg & Associates if you register with an insurance company stay up to date with them. You are causing more stress to people who need mental health support which just seems wrong.
