Myself & my mother are constantly trying to get a hold of this dr eng for my grandfather (her father) & they never answer & when we leave voicemails nobody gets back to us, the one time I got on the phone with someone they asked if my grandfather could come in like a month from when I called, & I asked if there was any way the Dr. Could do a telahealth visit over the computer, & the lady at the desk said “she didn’t know what that was” & would ask the dr & i said “really? Unfortunately, Dr Eng and his office are totally in the dark about scheduling patients. My first appointment was for Aug 22, 2022 and was cancelled to Dec 1 2022 and yet again cancelled to March of 2023. Do yourself a favor and don’t waist your precious time with this Dr.
A great, compassionate, physician and diagnostician. Sense of humor is disarming and appreciated. Simply the best!
