“Dr. Goddard is a good doctor, but he tends to run late for appointments, and visits take a long time to finish. The front office staff also needs improvement, especially when handling appointments and payments. Be cautious with billing, as they may try to overcharge or misbill your insurance. I had an issue where they attempted to charge me extra, even though my insurance plan clearly covered the service. Dr Goddard himself and his staff are wonderful. But EVERY vist is extremely time consuming! The most recent visit took 50 mins to be taken to a room. And at 1hr 15 minutes AFTER the time of the appt, Dr Goddard was still not in the room. Mind you we arrived early and are an established patient. While we understand some appts may run long, this is ridiculous, so much so it has now forced us into the unwanted position of finding a new PCP.
My family has been seeing Doctor Goddard and his team for a couple years now and have been very happy. We can usually get in quickly if needed and he really listens with a great bedside manner.
The staff is always polite and helpful. Dr. Goddard is a fantastic Dr and truly cares for and about his patients.
