Dr. Patricia Herrera is very nice and patient no problem there. It's front desk that feels super entitled to act like doctor's and like they know and are able to decide both for the Doctor and nurse. Very rude and unprofessional mannerism when it comes to stating facts or even just asking a question. Don't like your job? Then LEAVE!
