I had a cleaning performed here, and was told I needed a deep cleaning. They sent in a pre-authorization to my insurance but when my Insurance stated it needed additional information in order to approve the cleaning, it seems this information was never sent. It’s been almost four months with no resolution.
Dr. Yowell has been our dentist for several years and we couldn’t be happier. From the caring, professional staff to every detail of the office, everything in this dental office is first class! The bridge that Dr. Yowell made for me is perfect!

Dr. Yowell is incompetent. If all you want is someone to come after the dental hygienist has done all the work, peek in your mouth and say “ok good” then he’s your man. He was going to put a bridge in my mouth. I had been in for cleaning a few times and had been in once for the bridge discussion. When I came in for the fitting/measuring appointment he tried several times to do it and failed. Finally, he said in a condemning way, “Your mouth is too small. I can’t do this.
