We were poorly treated in this office. Doctor talks down to and at patients with mild disabilities as if they are somehow less. Doctor fails to read records. Nurse does not pay attention to the different classifications of medication and how it pertains to prescribing and administration. They will withhold needed medication from pediatric patients if parent complains. No one should go see Dr. Castaneda. He provided extremely poor treatment for my son. He never asked to see his records, discontinued medication without a clear review of my sons records or teacher or parent checklists. He ordered expensive tests without informing me as to the need for them. All these behaviors caused my son to go unmedicated for months at the beginning of the school year and to have the doctor and his office make money on an expensive exam that was not necessary.
