All around excellent service Secretary friendly .Dr Price very kind nice sense humor the best thanks you for your help I can dance now lol
Dr. Price is very nice & patient with you. On the other hand, that receptionist needs to be trained on proper customer etiquette or replace! She has NO CLUE how to deal with patients/customers & that's affecting his practice. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, empathy, etc. That alone makes people not want to schedule a visit. I get more professionalism from my Goddaughter playing tea party than I do with that lady. Dr. Price... GREAT! Receptionist... HORRIBLE!
I felt hopeless before meeting the team here. They were gracious, understanding, and informative. My mobility has increased exponentially.
