Dr. Harper is a wonderful Dr. He has been my cardiologist for over 13 years and has always taken the time to help me understand and make decisions about my cardiac needs and options.
My husband had a pacemaker installed March 2024 . it was done in a surgery center and Dr Harper closed the incision using steri strips instead of clue and stitches.. as a result, the incision became infected, and the pacemaker had to be removed early April. It is now July and we are still dealing with he protocol to get new pace maker. The new pacemaker will be implanted at the University of Pennsylvania.

Excellent doctor! Spends time with patient and is very warm and friendly! Takes a genuine interest! A true credit to his profession!
