Dr Gangi and his Surgery team were excellent at the Carolina Forest location for my bladder surgery on April 14 th. My complaint is with the office staff at the Little River location. Just low class, no empathy in there dealing with patients. Front office lady at the front right should be a Drill Sgt. no smile, “ don’t stand in front of me line up over there to the left”. “You are too early, you can’t check in until 15 min before your appt., wait over there and wait! Dr. Gangi has been treating me for over 15 years. I have been very satisfied. I had very bad pains from a kidney stone that lodged in a ureter and would not come out. Dr. Gangi took it out when the ER could not or would not. The relief was immediate. Dr. Gangi also gave me a great turp operation that provided much relief. I highly recommend him and his highly talented office.
