Dr. Gangi has been treating me for over 15 years. I have been very satisfied. I had very bad pains from a kidney stone that lodged in a ureter and would not come out. Dr. Gangi took it out when the ER could not or would not. The relief was immediate. Dr. Gangi also gave me a great turp operation that provided much relief. I highly recommend him and his highly talented office.
When another urology practice did not return my calls for over 2 days, this practice got me in the day after I called. Dr. Gangi added me to his schedule and got my kidney stone out the day after that. Everyone in the practice is pleasant and helpful.
They are running more than an 1 1/2 over the appointment time to be seen. The whole waiting area is packed, everyone is frustrated. I'm here with a senior citizen, it's getting hard for some to wait that long. The front desk told her it was her fault for getting here 15 min early. Regardless, appt was at 3, it's 4:30 and still waiting. Being rude to patients along with poor office management is not acceptable. Please put the care back in your healthcare.
