When another urology practice did not return my calls for over 2 days, this practice got me in the day after I called. Dr. Gangi added me to his schedule and got my kidney stone out the day after that. Everyone in the practice is pleasant and helpful.
They are running more than an 1 1/2 over the appointment time to be seen. The whole waiting area is packed, everyone is frustrated. I'm here with a senior citizen, it's getting hard for some to wait that long. The front desk told her it was her fault for getting here 15 min early. Regardless, appt was at 3, it's 4:30 and still waiting. Being rude to patients along with poor office management is not acceptable. Please put the care back in your healthcare.
The office staff neglected to set up surgery for me, and when I called they alleged that they left a voice message 2 months ago. There was no follow up by the office and when I called to inquire they insisted they left the message rather than apologizing. In addition, they said since it's been 2 months since my last visit that I had to schedule another appointment. I had an active stone and the ER was not much help. I called Dr. Gangi's office next day @ 8am and described my symptoms. The doctor saw me by 11:15. I was in the OR before 12:30. Grateful for the quality and speed of my care.
He has been great and his partners. They have done a great job with my husband. I am very thankful for Dr. Ganghi.
