I want to share my personal experience with Dr. Glenn Gangi. This occurred years ago, when the clinic was still called Atlantic Urology (now McLeod). During this appointment, I was dealing with an active infection and was seeking medical care. Instead, Dr. Gangi spoke to me in a dismissive and humiliating manner, showed no empathy for my condition, and abruptly ended the visit. Dr. Gangi has repeatedly shown expertise, phenomenal bedside manner, and genuine concern for my daughter’s health and journey through these terrible kidney stones. He calls back within minutes, spends time speaking with her and making sure she feels comfortable and informed, and when my daughter gets kidney stones, she immediately asks for Dr. Gangi because she knows he will get her through it all! Also, the front office staff is amazing at scheduling appointments and making everything seamless.
Dr. Glenn R. Gangi gets more then 5 stars. He told me exactly what was wrong with my daughter, he was very crystal clear. Something I went through with 3 different doctors and he was the only one to give me right answers. Thank you, thank you!
Dr Gangi was good in his day. No so much anymore. Short staffed. Phone calls rarely answered or returned. No follow up. When you ask about the issues, their excuse is always "We're short staffed"
