I had a procedure today with Dr Glenn at the Wollongong practice. Dr Glenn, the Client Service Officers, and the Nurses were respectful, professional, and helpful. The processes were explained to me in depth, which really helped reduce the anxiety I had about undergoing this procedure. DrGlenn was equally respectful, friendly and professional. At the very beginning of the appointment the sonographer asked me couple of questions about a blood test I didn’t know anything about after this is went for sometime she recognised that she’s talking to the wrong patient, she looked very confused and I felt a little bit uncomfortable when I realised that she mixed me with other patient where she was supposed to read my report and referral before taking me in.
