Very professional in or areas ... Dr Glenn explained my procedure.. Staff were very helpful.. I will would recommend this practice...thankyou
How does this happen? I got referred here for an MRI that was urgently needed for a specialist appointment the following week. Not even 15 minutes before my appointment they ring me 3 times and give me some vague excuse that they want "clarification from the referring doctor" about how to do the scan. Extremely rude receptionist. She said my appointment was cancelled, but that they would ring me back. Wouldn't it have been a good idea to get this "clarification" from my doctor BEFORE the day of my MRI? Why was I not contacte... read more

I had a wonderful experience having my scans and biopsy at Dr Glenn-Wollongong. Everyone from their receptionists, nurses, technician/sonographer and radiologists are kind, helpful and caring especially Lucy who did my ultrasound and Carlie who did my MRI-they helped me to stay calm and walked me thru the things to expect-I truly appreciate that-they are truly exceptional! I will definitely always choose to do my procedures with them because having good people to support you during a difficult time is so so important
