I was booked in for facet joint injections on 21/1/2026 at 1.30pm. Arrived at 1.20 and took a seat at approximately 2.25pm I enquired about the appointment being over an hour late and was told the doctor “has been called into surgery” without the professional courtesy of telling me this until I made the enquiry. Disgracefully unprofessional and discourteous. This excuse is often used when medical practices book themselves up to the hilt and always run late. Never again!!!
My wife underwent a biopsy procedure at Wollongong today. Congratulations and thank you to your whole team for their exceptional care and understanding. An absolute stand out was Benjamin who cared for her throughout. Much appreciated Jim Thurstan
I had a procedure today with Dr Glenn at the Wollongong practice. Dr Glenn, the Client Service Officers, and the Nurses were respectful, professional, and helpful. The processes were explained to me in depth, which really helped reduce the anxiety I had about undergoing this procedure. DrGlenn was equally respectful, friendly and professional. You are a lovely team. Thank you so much.
Dr Glenn used interventional radiology to stop an internal haemorrhage. Brilliant effort!
