They were not upfront about what I owned them / authorization. Then months later I get a call from a Cedars that I owe $700. Note, this is not my first minor surgery and I've never been blindsided by a medical bill like this. Now my credit score which was nearly perfect has been knocked down because I refused to pay when they called (they guy on the phone was super rude). Today, I had a procedure that went great. Having procedures can be stressful, and my anxiety was on a all time high. I felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack. The nurses and Dr. Shindy were so patient with me and helped talk me through until I calmed down. As a patient, this was the most important part of my experience. Thank you all so much. Sandra
This Pasadena Endoscopy Center is one of its kind. From the time you enter the center and the time you leave, the whole process is seamless. All employees, nurses and doctors are all very professional, very accommodating and helpful. They even help you to get into your car. I am giving this place a 10 star review.
