Was an on call doctor (verified with CHI phone records) Left him 3 messages in a span of 3 hours that he wouldn’t respond to. Upon my very angry last request he calls me within 15 minutes all to say to call my original doctor on Monday. He absolutely ignored all calls because he was probably asleep at home. Upon answering the phone the doctor answers the following “Hey you called?” Me: “Yes” “Well this is Dr Gardner” Dr. Gardner, can’t you see in the system that a request to an on call doctor was made, so of course I called.... read more
Dr. Gardner put me at ease before my minor surgery procedure. He told me everything that was going to happen and this really calmed my anxiety. We even had a laugh during the surgery. I would request him again if I needed a surgery in the future.
Dr. Gardner was my surgeon. He was thorough, explained the entire gall blader removal procedure & answered all my questions! He also fixed my umbilical hernia. He was also my husband's doctor for his hernia procedure and did an excellent job!
I had the best experience with my first surgery...my gallbladder being evicted!! It was about 2 weeks from GI doc to surgery and Dr. Gardner was so friendly along with his nurse at the clinic and all the surgical staff. He explained how the surgery would be done and what the effects may be after and what my steps should be after. If I ever have to have surgery again, I will definitely choose Dr. Gardner again. And send out all recommendations for anyone who asks!!
