Suzanne, the lovely lady at the front was very helpful today and did her best to fit me in even if they were all booked and short staffed. Thanks Suzanne
Reception staff are NOT an asset to this business. The junior staff member’s eye rolling, muttering ‘OMG’, and gossiping while customers wait, is unprofessional.
Went for an appointment today and I really appreciate Fiona who did my ultrasound. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, and she explained everything thoroughly. The ladies in reception are very lovely as well.
