I really don’t appreciate the dishonesty of the phone staff. They said they would send a refill for my aunt’s blood pressure medication by the end of the day and haven’t. That’s not a good look for caring about patients. Thank God Walmart was able to provide an emergency supply. They couldn’t care less if my family member died or not.
Dr. Parker is very helpful and caring. She has always taken time to talk with me and fully explain everything.
