Dr. Nagasawa is fantastic, unfortunately the staff is horrible, trying to communicate is impossible, they never return calls or mychart. Such a shame for a great Doctor.
Dr. Nagasawa is one of the FEW doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting, who is caring, compassionate, thorough and definitely knowledgeable.
Find another doctor. I took my wife to see him on aug 15th 2024 and he ordered a mri on her brain and here it is oct 28th and still have not heard from him. I called the office and tried to set up appt for the results and still have not got a response. Do yourself a favor find another doctor.
