I used to be a patient of Dr. Giselle. She never once told me about ODSP when I was unable to work due to a disability. When I was a victim of assault I called her office and requested a copy of my chart I needed. The rude receptionists kept telling me to come in if I need a note. I told them I need the whole file. They told me "we don't do that". I responded that by law they have to give me a complete copy of my file or I can report them. Dr Giselle Seron is an amazing professional and human being. She treats her patients not just as patients but as friends that she is concerned ed about. Everytime I needed her she always did 1000% to help on her behalf. Thank you for your amazing work Joana M.
Very rude receptionist. Was calling to inquire regarding what doctors are available for future appointments and was told no doctor was available and receptionist didn’t even let me finish my question before saying “NO” three times.
Like any medical clinic, there is the usual wait. The staff is always friendly, the doctors and nurses are polite, professional and caring. I've been coming for years and standard of care is like no other.
